Hey! I'm Hongjing, a UX designer with 5 years of B2C marketing experience in tech who made a shift into design, currently completing my master degree at the University of Toronto.

Marketing taught me how users think and how friction points can break trust at scale. Now I bring that same research-informed empathy into UX, understanding users with real goals.

Today, I work across research, interaction design, and information architecture to make better decisions through user-centered, data-informed design.
