Hey! I’m Hongjing. My path into UX began with visual design and marketing, and evolved into a deep interest in understanding users, reducing friction, and designing experiences that are both intuitive and impactful.
Today, I work across research, interaction design, and information architecture to help teams make better decisions through user-centered, data-informed design. My experience spans academic UX projects and industry work, from improving onboarding flows and navigation systems to supporting product launches through usability testing and user insights.
